Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING JOB YOUR LOVE. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Job Your Love Ltd ("Job Your Love", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, governing your use of the Job Your Love mobile application and related services.
 

1. Eligibility and Account
 

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must provide accurate registration information.

  • One account per person. Keep your login credentials secure.

  • We may require verification of email or other details.

2. The Service
 

Job Your Love is a dating application connecting users based on career interests, preferences, and compatibility. Features include profiles, discovery, likes, super likes, matching, messaging (text, voice notes, photos), filters, optional AI Match, photo verification, and premium subscriptions.

We do not guarantee matches or uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
 

3. User Conduct
 

You agree not to harass, abuse, or discriminate; post illegal, explicit, violent, or harmful content; impersonate others or run scams; infringe intellectual property; use bots or automated access; or violate any law. Report violations using in-app reporting. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts.
 

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Job Your Love a licence to host, display, and use your content to operate the Service. You warrant you have rights to your content and that it does not violate others' rights.
 

5. Premium Subscriptions
 

Premium and Premium Plus offer enhanced features (e.g. unlimited likes, advanced filters, who liked you, AI Match, Travel Mode, Rewind, Super Likes, Boosts — as described in the App).

  • Payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchase (via RevenueCat).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

  • Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple. Free trials may be offered subject to Apple's rules.
     

6. Safety
 

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not conduct criminal background checks. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, and report suspicious behaviour. Optional photo verification is not a guarantee of identity.
 

7. Intellectual Property
 

The App, branding, and our content are owned by Job Your Love Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service without permission.
 

8. Disclaimers
 

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCHES, ACCURACY OF PROFILES, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR £100.

10. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify Job Your Love against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
 

11. Termination
 

You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Premium fees are generally non-refundable for the remaining period after termination.
 

12. Dispute Resolution
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact support@jobyourlove.com first to resolve disputes informally. Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in London under LCIA Rules where applicable.
 

13. General
 

These Terms with our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
